House Home Lifestyle

IT’S MORE THAN A HOUSE. IT’S A LIFESTYLE.

HEY, I’M JESS.

MY KNOWLEDGE IS YOUR POWER.

I love where I live, and want you to do the same! I specialize in North Salem, Bedford, Katonah- Lewisboro and my home town of Pound Ridge. I am a community cheer-leader, and believe your lifestyle is just as important as the house. Aside from years in the industry, my experience  also comes from a life -time in an around construction, home renovation and sustainability.

Leveraging my upbringing as a contractor’s daughter, extensive experience in real estate investment, and a background in sustainability (formerly a LEED AP with the United States Green Building Council), I aim to provide you with comprehensive insights to guide your decisions.

Originally from Utah, I am a nature girl at heart. Did you know Northern Westchester has acres of hiking trails? Pond and lake life, is very much a thing. in fact, this area is for the recreation lovers, and community shakers– and it is still only an hour train ride into the city!

As a current NAR Green Realtor, I integrate my expertise in sustainability and construction into the field, ensuring you understand what attracts buyers, the true essence of your investment, and how to optimize your expenses.

The complexities of real estate can be overwhelming, especially for those balancing family life and careers. I am a Mom to a thriving (and a little hyper) little boy, and dog Mom to 3. I understand the importance of time management, and just how important a little less stress is. Let me do the hard work for you.

My Philosophy

I have been known to be called the “community hype girl,” and what an honor that title is. I am a
big believer that community drives real estate value. What introduces your community to new
people? It is the events, connections, small businesses, school systems, restaurants and
recreation. These starting points help people see a place they can fit, find their “people” and
build a new chapter.
In fact, several studies and articles have been written about how when small businesses thrive,
so do we. Our real estate values go up… as well as our happiness in my opinion.

I personally contribute and advocate for a lot of community events, not for profits, and
collaborate with small businesses as often as possible.
To further this mission, I utilize my Community Give Back program. All of my clients have the
opportunity to choose a charity of their choice for me to donate to when the sale has closed.
The only stipulation is that it must be a LOCAL, non national charity. Why? Well, because the
smaller not for profits are serving our communities needs directly. For new buyers in the area, I
love providing a list, and letting them research what is now in their backyard. Aside from the
new knowledge, it might lead to volunteering and new found friendships.

Going green doesn’t have to be overwhelming or expensive, and is certainly not an all or nothing thing. Sometimes going green can be hard (moms are feeling me here) but making small, simple changes still helps the environment and your wallet! Start SIMPLE and small, with projects that won’t break the bank: utilizing solar landscape lights, putting all your lights on a timer, or switching to LED.  Going green shouldn’t disrupt your life, it should enhance it. You don’t have to sacrifice style or lots of money to get started.
